Beastly Behavior on ‘The Kingsroad’

There’s an old saying that you can kill as many people onscreen as you want, but the minute someone hurts an animal, the audience will be out for blood. And for good reason. Sure, Lady may have been growing into a fearsome creature of the North, but look at those big fuzzy ears … Rest assured, however, that the direwolf has moved on to a better place: The dog that portrayed her (named Zunni) was actually adopted by Sophie Turner (Sansa) after shooting wrapped.

‘Thrones’ recaps across the web are rife with talk of Dany’s bedroom tutelage on the show, and the conversation is ranging from erudite consideration of love scenes in the fantasy genre, to general relief that Essos has finally obtained at least one new page from the Kama Sutra. Jason Momoa, who plays Khal Drogo, spoke to MTV about the horselord’s not-so-gentle touch and just bottom-lined it: “It's horrible,” he says “but Khal Drogo, that's what he does.”
